What is the Snapshot Page of a Contact Record?

Summary of the features available within the 'Snapshot' page of a contact record.

The Snapshot page is the first tab at the top of a contact record, providing a quick, at-a-glance overview of your contact.

From this page, users can:

  • Upload a contact photo (such as a passport biographic page)

  • View whether the contact is Active (indicating an open matter)

  • Confirm if Client Bridge is enabled

At the top of the Snapshot page is the Notes section. This area is intended for important, semi-permanent information that should remain visible to your team. Use it to highlight key details or instructions—such as special handling for VIP clients or important case considerations.

Below the Notes section, users can quickly view:

  • Upcoming Reminders

  • Past Consultations

As you scroll down, the page provides additional context, including:

  • Associated Matters

  • Recent Tasks

  • Payments

  • Other recent Client Activity

The Snapshot page is designed to centralize essential information, making it easy to quickly understand your contact, access key details like phone number and contact info, and review recent interactions.
