The snapshot page is this first tab along the top of a contact record where you can get an at a glance view on who your contact is. Users can upload a photo of your contact, for example the photo from the client's passport biographic page. Users can also see if a client is active or not, which indicates whether they have an open matter in the system. Users can also see if the client bridge has been enabled.

Taking up critical real estate at the top of the Snapshot page is the 'Note' section. This is meant to be a static, semi-permanent note that does not get changed often. This allows your office to add specific details or instructions you want any user to know when working with the client. For example, in the above photo we have included instructions on working with this VIP client.

Below the 'Notes' section, users can see upcoming reminders for the contact and any consultations that have occurred with the contact record.

When you scroll down, users can view what matters the contact is associated with, and a preview of any recent tasks, payments, or interactions the contact has had with the team.

This covers the Snapshot page, which is a great area to see basic information about your contact, quickly find their phone number or basic contact information, and view any consultation notes. If you still have questions, you can view the related help articles, our video series shown at the top of this article, or reach out to our support team, support@lollylaw.com, and we will be happy to help.
