What is the Profile of a Contact Record?

Summary of the data fields available within the 'Profile' of a Contact Record, and how to properly utilize those data fields.

Overview of the Profile

The Profile is one of the most important screens in LollyLaw. It serves as the central location for storing and managing client information.

On the left side, users will find a series of tabs that organize different categories of data. Selecting a tab allows you to view and edit the fields within that section.

Using the Contact Profile to Input Data

There are three primary ways to add data into LollyLaw:

1. Manual Entry

Users can enter information directly into the fields within the Contact Profile.
This data can then be quickly populated into LollyLaw forms with just a few clicks.

2. Assign Questionnaires/Intakes via that Client Bridge Portal

You can assign web form questionnaires to clients through the Client Bridge Portal.
When completed, the responses automatically populate the Contact Profile and can be used in forms.

3. Direct Form Entry

Data can also be entered directly into LollyLaw forms and used as needed.

The Contact Profile is designed to centralize client data and streamline how information flows into your forms.
