Using LollyPayments, your firm can provide multiple options to request and accept payment from clients. For example, clients will receive bills with a convenient QR code to quickly scan and pay online. Clients can also receive bills via email or use their Client Portal to make payments.

Client Payment Through Email

Your firm can request and accept payment from clients via email. In this option, your client will receive an email from LollyLaw with a link to view and pay their bill online. To pay their bill, your client would need to take the following steps:

1. Click on the "View Bill and Pay Online" button in the body of the email

2. On the next screen, review the details of the open invoice, enter the payment amount, and click "Continue"

3. The following screen will request their payor information and payment method

4. Click "Submit Payment" and the Payee will receive an electronic receipt confirming the payment has been processed. Click the printer button on this screen to print the receipt of this payment.

 

 

 

Steps to Pay an Invoice through the Client Portal

Your firm can request and accept client payments through the Client Portal. In this option, your client will need to take the following steps:

1. Log into the Client Portal using their username and password

2. Go to the "Invoices" tab

3. Select the invoice to be paid and click the "Pay Now" link to pay the bill online

4. Complete the Payor Information and Payment Method details, click "Submit Payment," and the Payee will receive a receipt in their email inbox

 

Steps to Pay an Invoice through SMS Text Message

Your firm can enable SMS text messaging for your client in their Client Bridge, and request and accept payment from clients using SMS text message. In this option, your client will receive a SMS text message from LollyLaw, notifying them that an invoice has been generated and their bill is ready for payment. To pay their bill, your client would need to take the following steps:

1. Open the SMS text message from LollyLaw notifying them that their bill is ready for payment and review the invoice

2. Click on the link to pay their bill online

3. Complete the Payor Information and Payment Method details, click "Submit Payment," and the Payee will receive a receipt in their email inbox

Steps to Pay an Invoice using the QR Code on the Invoice PDF

Your firm can request and accept payment from clients using the QR code on the client's invoice. In this option, your client will receive an email from LollyLaw with the invoice attached. To pay their bill, your client would need to take the following steps:

1. Open the email from LollyLaw and open the PDF attachment of their Invoice

2. Find the QR Code associated to the bill, found on the second page of every invoice

3. Scan the QR code and a link will automatically be sent to their device

4. Click on the link to pay the bill online

5. Complete the Payor Information and Payment Method details, click "Submit Payment," and the Payee will receive a receipt in their email inbox
