With LollyLaw, users can log USCIS receipt notices in a few areas in LollyLaw, providing users with added convenience and easy access to their clients' receipts. The following instructions provide steps on where users can save receipt numbers in LollyLaw and how to check the statuses of receipt numbers without having to go to the USCIS case status webpage.

Log Receipt Notices and Check Statuses from a Matter Record's 'Overview' Page

  1. Go to the client's matter record where you would like to log a receipt number.
  2. Under the card "Receipt Notices," click the "+" button to add new receipt notice(s) to the client's matter record. If your client has any dependent(s) included in this matter, you may add their receipt notice(s) here as well.
  3. A pop up will open where users can add the receipt number, the issue date, a description of the receipt notice, and save it to the matter.
  4. Once saved, users can check the status by clicking the orange refresh button next to each receipt number to check the receipt's current status. Users can click the blue refresh button at the top of the "Receipt Notices" card to refresh all receipt notices with a single button.

 

Log Receipt Notices from a Contact Record's 'Profile' Page

Under a Contact Record's 'Profile' section, users can add their client's receipt notice(s) in a variety of fields. LollyLaw makes it easy to log receipt notices and easily access the receipt numbers under your client's specific type of petition or application. 

Users may log receipt notices in a contact's 'Profile', under any of the following sections:

  • I-797 Notice of Action
  • Legal Permanent Residence (LPR) Renewal
  • N-400 Naturalization
  • N-600 Citizenship
  • Nonimmigrant Information
  • Permanent Residence
  • Petitions or Applications
  • Post Permanent Residence
  • Prior Nonimmigrant Status
  • Work Visa
