How to Pull Data in LollyPayments

Pulling on demand data and tracking your clients' payments is easy with LollyPayments.

LollyPayments' bulk reporting capabilities allows your firm to easily access payment data and track payments in real-time so your firm is always up-to-date on each client's latest payment status and details.

In LollyPayments, quickly locate payment information including the status on active payment plans, the next scheduled payment date, transaction history, the matter a payment was billed for, the name of the payee, and more.

There are three ways to track payments in real-time and in bulk using LollyPayments:

Option #1: Tracking Payment Plans

To track your firm's active or completed payment plans with clients, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Go to Billing>LollyPayments and click on the Payment Plans tab.

2. Filter by the contact record, matter record, payment plan types, time period, or status of the payment plan(s).

3. Click Apply to get the results of your report.

Option #2: Tracking Transactions

To view your clients' transaction activities and pull reporting on transactional history in bulk, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Go to Billing>LollyPayments and click on the Transactions tab.

2. Filter by the bank account or time period in which the transaction occurred.

3. Click Apply to get the results of your report.
