The Client Bridge can be managed from the "Client Bridge" tab of the Contact record

To Enable the Client Bridge

  1. Go to the "Client Bridge" tab of the contact
  2. Check the box "Enable Bridge Access"
  3. If this is the first time you are giving access for this person, the system will ask you to set a unique username and password

*Note - the system will send an automated email to the recipient with a link to the client bridge

  1. Go to Settings>Client Bridge
  2. Press the on button to enable and reveal your unique URL and settings
