What to Do If Your Client Does Not Have Access to A Computer and Is Unable to Make Payment Online

Sometimes a client may not have access to a computer or may not know how to make payments online. In these situations, LollyPayments can help.

For example, a client may not have a smartphone or computer, or they may be unfamiliar with paying bills online. When this happens, you can allow an authorized and trusted family member or friend to make the payment on the client’s behalf.

With LollyPayments, your firm can send bills to a trusted third party and accept payment from them. There are several ways to send bills to these authorized payers.

Send bill via email to a trusted third party

1. Go to Billing>Invoices and filter to find the invoice you would like to send to your client's trusted family member or friend.

2. Click “▼” and choose Send Bill (LollyPayments)

3. Enter the third party's email address, the amount, and write your custom message to the third party.

4. Click Send Bill to email the bill to this trusted third party. This person will receive the client's bill in their email inbox, where they can make the payment on your client's behalf.
