What to Do If You Open Your Downloaded Form and It Appears Blank?

When working in LollyForms, sometimes you will have your client's data populated but when you download the form, it appears blank. This is specifically common with the I-131 form, as it contains a dynamic barcode that is not compatible with most web based pdf viewers. 

Forms generated by LollyForms, especially those with dynamic barcodes, required a pdf viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat Pro. If you download a form and notice it is blank, it is likely that you are opening it from a web browser, such as Google Chrome. In that scenario, we recommend you go back to LollyForm, select the download button again, and then watch our video on how to set up Adobe Acrobat Reader as the default PDF viewer on your computer. Once you set Adobe Acrobat Reader as the default PDF viewer on your computer, downloaded forms from LollyForms will automatically open in the Adobe PDF Viewer.
