What to Do If You Open Your Downloaded Form and It Appears Blank?

What to do if you've populated data into a form in LollyLaw, but it appears blank once downloaded.

When working in LollyForms, sometimes you will have your client's data populated, but when you download the form, it appears blank. This is common with the I-131 form, as it contains a dynamic barcode that is not compatible with most web-based PDF viewers.

Forms generated by LollyForms, especially those with dynamic barcodes, require a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat Pro. If you download a form and notice it is blank, you're likely opening it from a web browser, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. In that scenario, we recommend you go back to LollyForm, select the download button again, and then watch our video on how to set up Adobe Acrobat Reader as the default PDF viewer on your computer.

Once you set Adobe Acrobat Reader as the default PDF viewer on your computer, downloaded forms from LollyForms will automatically open in the Adobe PDF Viewer.
