LollyForms Overview
Open the matter record you're working on and select the 'Documents' tab, where we can access the forms relevant to this matter. When creating the matter and selecting a case type, LollyLaw will automatically load the forms based on the case type that you've selected.
Select the form you want to work with, which will open that form in LollyForms in a new window.
When LollyForms opens, there are four tabs in the top left corner, which we will discuss below.
LollyForms - Star Tab
The most important tab in LollyForms, this is where you can access the subject fields for the form. The required subject fields are displayed in the tab and correspond with the parties relevant to the form. You can add existing contacts by name to populate their data into the form.
Lolly Forms - Pages Tab
The first tab in LollyForms is the pages tab, which allows you to access the thumbnails for the forms and quickly navigate through the pages in the form.
The second tab is the messages tab. This tab allows you to engage in messaging internally within the form itself. This creates a collaborative work environment across your office within the form. If you share this form with your client via the client bridge, they can also access this form and see any messages that were left here.
LollyForms - Information Tab
The fourth tab is our information tab, which allows you to learn more about the form that you're working on. The information tab displays the version, date the form was added to the matter, status, and progress on the form.
LollyForms - Addendum
In the top right of the screen, we have the yellow 'Addendum' button. This allows you to add an addendum as a word document and save it directly to your computer.
LollyForms - Download
Next to the 'Addendum' button, there is a cloud icon. This button allows you to download the form as a PDF on your computer.
LollyForms - Settings
Next to the 'Download' button, there is a gear icon. This allows you to apply N/A to empty fields.
