Once a consultation has been created for a Contact, it may be viewed by others either from the Contacts section or, if an Administrator, queried in the Reporting->Consultations page.

In Contact Record:

  1. Go to the Contact section and search for the individual for whom the consultation was created.
  2. In the page, locate the Consultations block and click on the consultation record.  The Consultation Form will appear on screen.

Note: within the consultation entry form, you may add, edit ,or delete notes and all other information previously recorded.

Consultation Report [Admin Only]:

  1. Go to the Reporting section select the Consultation report page.
  2. Use the filter options to search.
  3. Select the Consultation record to view.  The Consultation Form will appear on screen.
