Once a consultation has been created for a Contact, it may be viewed by others either from the Contacts section or, if an Administrator, queried in the Reporting->Consultations page.
In Contact Record:
- Go to the Contact section and search for the individual for whom the consultation was created.
- In the page, locate the Consultations block and click on the consultation record. The Consultation Form will appear on screen.
Note: within the consultation entry form, you may add, edit ,or delete notes and all other information previously recorded.
Consultation Report [Admin Only]:
- Go to the Reporting section select the Consultation report page.
- Use the filter options to search.
- Select the Consultation record to view. The Consultation Form will appear on screen.
