Schedule a Consultation

Schedule a consultation in LollyLaw and link the event to your linked calendar system.

 

Scheduling a consultation in LollyLaw and linking it to your office's linked calendar system such as Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar is easy.

To schedule a new consultation and link it to a calendar, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the existing contact record or create a new contact record for the person you would like to schedule a consultation for. 

  2. In the 'Snapshot' page of the contact record, go to the 'Consultations' card and click the "Add Consultation" button to add a new consultation entry. A drawer will open where you can add the details of the consultation.

  3. Add the consultation details including the linked calendar you would like to add this consultation to, the date and start/end time, a rate and amount if any, invite any attendees, and add your consultation notes. 

  4. Click 'Save' to save your consultation entry to the contact record.

Once saved, your consultation entry and notes will be accessible internally to your office's LollyLaw users, where the consultation can be viewed and updated. When saved to a linked calendar, the event will also appear in the linked calendar system at the specified date and time. Please note: to save to a linked calendar, the calendar integration must be enabled and the specified calendar must be added as a linked calendar.

Steps to Accept Payment for a Consultation

1. Open a Contact

2. On the Contact>Snapshot page, click on the "⋮" button next to the consultation record, then click "Process Payment"

3. Set the option to "Accept Payment (LollyPayment)"

4. Complete the required form fields and payment method

5. Press Save to initiate the charge.
