Change the Preferred Language on a Client's Invoice to Spanish

To change a client's invoice to read in Spanish, follow these steps:

1. Go to the matter record and click on the 'Billing' tab (if user has permissions).

2. On the action dropdown button, click "View" to open the invoice in full view.

3. Under the "Options" card, select Spanish as the preferred language. LollyLaw will automatically translate the invoice into Spanish, allowing your office to print and/or save the invoice as a PDF to provide to your client.

Change the Template Message on Invoices to Read in Spanish

To change the template message on a client's invoice to read in Spanish, follow these steps:

1. If you have user permissions, go to Settings>Account Configuration>Invoice Settings to view the templates your office has created for invoices.

2. To add additional templates in Spanish, click the "Add New +" button, enter your templated message in Spanish, and click save.

3. When viewing an invoice from within a matter record under 'Billing', a user will have the option to change the note that appends to an invoice under the "Options" card. Select the template your office has set up in Spanish and the note will appear in Spanish at the bottom of the invoice.
