Funding sources are easy to add in LollyLaw and easy to apply to matters.

How to Create Funding Sources in Your LollyLaw Account

Admin users can create funding sources for your office's LollyLaw account by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings>Account Configuration and click on the [List Funding Sources] tab.
  2. Click 'Add New' to create a new funding source.
  3. Once you've created funding sources, click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.

 

How to Apply Funding Sources to a Matter

Once funding sources have been created in your LollyLaw account, apply a funding source to a matter by following these steps:

  1. Create a new matter or click 'Edit' on an existing matter record.
  2. Under 'Billing', go to the 'Funding Source (If Applicable)' dropdown and select the funding source from the dropdown options. 
  3. Click 'Save' to save your changes. 

 

How to Apply Funding Sources to a Contact

Once funding sources have been created in your LollyLaw account, apply a funding source to a contact by following these steps:

  1. Create a new contact or click 'Edit' on an existing contact record.
  2. Under 'Funding Source (If Applicable)' use the dropdown to select the funding source from the dropdown options. 
  3. Click 'Save' to save your changes.
