Add/Suspend Users from your account

Invite new users and deactivate users

As an administrator of the account, you can invite new users to work with you in Lolly. When the person no longer needs access, you can disable their account access.

Add New User

  1. Go to Settings->Manage Users and click on the 'Add User' button

  2. Enter the information about this new user, including the User Group / Role and permissions you want them to have when they sign in

  3. Click 'Send Invite'

  4. The user will receive an automated email with a link to sign in

Deactivate a User

  1. Go to Settings->Manage Users and locate the user record

  2. Click on 'Suspend' next to the user you want to deactivate

  3. Confirm the deactivation
    *Note* Deactivating a user will not delete any notes or work they have done in the system.
